Process
Handling of an assignment is taken care of the same consultant throughout the entire process, which is divided into 3 steps. Step 1 is based on:

- A profile describing the position including responsibility, tasks, success criteria and reference condition
- A profile describing the ideal candidate including education, language, career and results
